All About Me
I am Simon and I have taught in primary schools for 10 years, supporting children with their reading, writing, maths and extra curricula work. I enjoy using current, multiple teaching strategies and learning tools to help guide children through their learning and support them in preparation for SATs, 11+ and GCSE Maths.
Prior to teaching, I owned a tennis business for 10 years . Being promoted to Head Coach and running a successful and comprehensive tennis programmes for over 100 juniors and 200 adults, I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges that lay ahead.
I graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc Accounting and went on to become a stockbroker for a large American Company, so maths and mathematical problem solving is in my blood, which is why I love to support GCSE Maths tuition, too.
